1. Who We Are

onacloud.ai is operated by CHIM D.O.G. LLC and Alexander Bachuwa (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit onacloud.ai or contact us.

2. What We Collect

Browsing this site does not require you to give us anything. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

When you email us or sign up, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address and the name of your cloud.

3. How We Use It

We use it only to reply to you, to send you the emails about getting started and the reminders that follow, and to build your project with you.

4. Unsubscribing

Every email from us has a way to unsubscribe. Replying to any of our emails also stops the reminders.

5. Who Else Sees It

We do not sell or rent your information. Our email and website run on Cloudflare, and your project runs on Claude, which you sign in to with your own account. Those services handle your information only to provide them.

6. Keeping It Safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing ooo@onacloud.ai.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
